Job summary

Forwardrole is recruiting a CRM Manager to own the day-to-day delivery of digital lead generation using Microsoft Dynamics 365, based in Lancashire with an immediate start. You will build targeted prospect lists, manage data in Dynamics 365 and support ongoing campaigns to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on Dynamics 365 experience, familiarity with Cognism, and a strong B2B marketing background focused on lead generation and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (essential).
• Experience with Cognism or similar prospecting/data tool.
• Previous B2B marketing experience, lead generation focus with measurable pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of digital lead generation activity.
• Build and refresh targeted prospect audiences; ensure journeys are tracked & optimised in Dynamics 365.
• Create and maintain campaign lists, segmentation, journeys and workflows in Dynamics 365.
• Support always-on lead generation campaigns and route leads to Sales.
• Produce regular reporting on campaign performance, leads and conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on sector campaigns and lead generation.

A well-established UK logistics and fulfilment business is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of their CRM and lead generation activity. This is a great opportunity to put your Dynamics 365 expertise to immediate use in a business with real scale.

The Role

You\'ll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of digital lead generation activity, building and maintaining targeted prospect audiences and making sure every stage of the journey is tracked and optimised through Microsoft Dynamics 365.

About the role:

• Building, segmenting and continually refreshing targeted prospect lists using Cognism and other approved data sources
• Uploading and managing prospect data within Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Creating and maintaining campaign lists, segmentation, journeys and workflows within Dynamics 365
• Supporting the delivery of always-on lead generation campaigns, ensuring prospects flow into the right outreach journeys
• Monitoring prospect engagement and routing qualified leads through to Sales
• Producing regular reporting on campaign performance, lead generation and conversion
• Working closely with Marketing and Sales to support sector campaigns and lead generation activity

About You:

• Hands-on experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (essential)
• Experience with Cognism or a similar prospecting/data tool
• Previous B2B marketing experience, ideally in a lead generation environment measured against qualified leads and pipeline
• Confident working independently and able to quickly get up to speed with existing systems and campaigns
• A commercial mindset with a focus on keeping a consistent flow of qualified leads into the business
