Job Purpose

If so, we need a CRM Manager to turn one-time shoppers into lifelong fans with strategic, data-driven customer engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing as CRM Manager
  • Developing and delivering high-impact CRM strategies across multiple global markets, setting ambitious growth targets.
  • Crafting customer journeys that truly resonate, from the first welcome email to re-engagement campaigns.
  • Managing email, SMS, and loyalty communications that engage, inspire, and drive action.
  • Becoming our in-house Bloomreach expert, using customer insights to tailor every touchpoint.
  • Owning and optimising our Yotpo loyalty platform, making sure our rewards programme is as tempting as our wallpapers.
  • Designing strategic personalisation campaigns using Kameleoon to deliver seamless, tailored experiences.
  • Testing, learning, and optimising — because great marketing is driven by results, not guesswork.
  • Managing and mentoring one direct report, helping them develop into a CRM superstar.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing a CRM or CDP platform (Bloomreach experience is a bonus).
  • A data-savvy marketer with a passion for creating engaging, behaviour-driven customer journeys.
  • Strong attention to detail — because when it comes to communication, every word and segment counts.
  • A collaborative team player who can work at pace, balancing creativity with commercial impact.
  • Experience managing people is beneficial, but not essential.
