Job description

We are seeking a results-driven CRM Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our customer relationship management (CRM) strategies. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, loyalty, and retention while optimizing the overall customer journey. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of CRM tools and data-driven marketing.

The team's main function is to deliver the marketing elements required to facilitate growth of our products. This is a new role with a responsibility for developing and enacting the CRM strategy for the Private Car and Commercial Vehicle insurance products.

Job Title: Marketing CRM Manager

Salary: £Competitive, Depending on Experience

Location: Liverpool City Centre, on a hybrid basis

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

What you will be doing:

  • Developing and implementing CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
  • Designing customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and targeted campaigns
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business goals
  • Planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
  • Monitoring and optimizing key CRM workflows, including onboarding, renewal, and win-back campaigns
  • Analysing customer data to derive insights and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards to track CRM performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, churn)
  • Providing actionable insights to refine and improve future campaigns
  • Overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of CRM platforms and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Mapping and optimizing the customer journey to deliver exceptional experiences at every touchpoint
  • Collaborating with customer success teams to gather feedback and improve retention strategies

What we are looking for:

  • Proven working knowledge and understanding of CRMs in a marketing capacity, implementation experience is extremely beneficial
  • Proven ability to analyse market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions
  • B2C experience is highly advantageous
  • Proactive attitude to change management and process improvement. Ability to drive change with strong influencing skills and an eagerness to take on new projects and make efficiencies
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.) to measure performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Experience with A/B testing, performance metrics, and optimizing marketing tactics for maximum impact.
  • Ability to multitask and work with competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent relationship building, requiring to be both colleague and customer focussed
  • Financial Services experience would be desirable
