Job summary

Phlo is seeking a hands‑on CRM Executive to join our Marketing team in Glasgow, taking ownership of CRM campaigns and patient journeys across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push and in‑app messaging. You’ll work on Phlo Clinic and B2B services, ensuring patients are engaged, supported and set up for success throughout their journey.

You’ll build automated journeys, define segments and triggers, and collaborate with Clinical, Product, Data, Commercial and Patient Care teams to deliver a first‑class

Qualifications

• Experience building automated lifecycle journeys in a CRM/MA platform.
• Ability to create targeted segments and triggers including multi‑step journeys.
• Experience delivering campaigns across email, SMS, push and in‑app messaging.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and launch automated lifecycle journeys in our CRM platform from onboarding to reactivation.
• Set up complex journeys using triggers, segmentation, delays and personalisation across channels.
• Plan and deliver one‑off and recurring campaigns for patients and B2B services.
• QA journey logic, links, personalisation, audience, suppressions and approvals.
