Job summary

Fenwick is seeking a commercially minded CRM & Loyalty Manager to shape and grow our customer engagement strategy. You’ll lead the CRM and loyalty programmes to drive retention, lifetime value and brand advocacy through personalised communications and rewarding customer experiences that support our commercial objectives.

The role offers hybrid working between home and our Wigmore Street offices in Central London. This maternity cover is up to 12 months, with a start date anticipated in December.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of CRM, email marketing and loyalty programme management in a retail/beauty/fashion context.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of data-driven CRM and loyalty initiatives across multiple channels.
• Own customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and automated journeys (email, SMS, direct mail).
• Deliver targeted campaigns to drive engagement, purchase frequency and customer advocacy.
