The CRM Executive will play a key role in delivering the onboarding programme strategy and supporting wider CRM lifecycle initiatives. Their work will directly impact how Currys communicates with customers, collaborating closely with the CRM Manager to create personalized and engaging customer journeys.

The role involves daily collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and objective-driven campaign delivery. The executive will own key projects and leverage their knowledge of triggers to craft customer-centric journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning, development, and review of CRM campaigns, focusing on onboarding, service, and fulfillment communications to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist in implementing the CRM onboarding strategy, including testing opportunities and updating stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end fulfillment campaigns, translating requirements into data and creative briefs.
  • Champion the CRM campaign delivery process, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.
  • Create creative briefs and coordinate with Currys Studio and external agencies to meet campaign objectives.
  • Oversee reporting and analysis to optimize onboarding communications and meet campaign goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in managing triggered campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Innovative use of CRM to propose new ideas and champion change.
  • Numerate, analytical, with report generation and insight derivation skills.
  • Proactive with a positive, 'Can do' attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments; retail experience is preferred.
