Job Description

  • Create engaging email communications for prospective students, applicants, and offer holders.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) for campaign delivery, segmentation, and customer journey tracking.
  • Evaluate ongoing campaigns, analyze data from Dynamics 365, and manage large data sets in Excel.
  • Support the busy clearing period in August to maximize student recruitment targets.
  • Collaborate with the Manager and wider team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong knowledge and experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar.
  • Proven experience with email marketing, user journeys, and segmentation.
  • Excellent writing skills to create engaging email content.
  • Strong data management skills, capable of handling large datasets in Excel and analyzing data for decision-making.
  • Availability to work onsite full-time and support department needs, including open days (with time back in lieu).
