Job description

Are you ready to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding global marketing agency at the forefront of the iGaming industry?

We're looking for a self-motivated CRM Executive with experience in iGaming, Sports Betting, or Online Casinos to craft and implement engaging customer journeys, ensuring a seamless and captivating experience.

This role offers a hybrid working model - 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

This position requires fluency in Danish.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve the Promotional Calendar for the Danish sports betting operation, ensuring timely and effective campaign execution.
2. Design and manage diverse customer journeys tailored to the player base.
3. Oversee the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, including customer segmentation and setting up on-site and off-site promotions.
4. Monitor and analyze key CRM metrics such as deliverability, open rates, click rates, and overall performance.
5. Conduct market and competitor research to customize retention strategies to local preferences.
6. Identify innovative campaign opportunities to enhance player loyalty and engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience in the iGaming, Sports Betting, or Online Casino industry.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Highly organized, analytical, with keen attention to detail.
• A motivated team player capable of working independently and taking initiative.
