We are currently looking for an energetic CRM Executive to join our CRM team in London. We offer flexible working from home and a vibrant office environment with great snacks and colleagues. Reporting to one of our CRM Managers, you will be responsible for executing a complex email marketing program, including planning and producing direct customer communications. Attention to detail, strong project management skills, and process management are essential for success.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborating with the CRM team to deliver targeted content across emails, app, and website
• Planning, coordinating, building, and executing daily email campaigns
• Liaising with internal teams to secure the best offer content and leading tactical promotion discussions
• Segmenting audiences for relevant and effective communications
• Implementing A/B testing to optimize engagement
• Reporting on campaign performance and applying insights to future strategies
• Supporting administrative tasks related to campaign delivery
• Researching industry trends and competitor activity
• Assisting with lifecycle marketing campaigns using automation and trigger-based campaigns to enhance customer retention
