Base pay range

We have an urgent requirement for a CRM Executive to join a leading organization.

This will be a 3-month hybrid role.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting the CRM strategy to improve customer loyalty and retention
• Planning and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns, including setup, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns
• Ensuring flawless campaign execution by adhering to established processes and SLAs
• Using reporting tools to analyze email statistics and report on consumer insights, content, and performance
• Analyzing email marketing campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements
