The Stepstone Group in London is seeking an experienced engineering manager to lead CRM-focused teams and drive delivery. You will line-manage engineers, mentor them, and partner with product owners and analysts to align priorities with the broader business strategy.

The role emphasises innovation, DevOps culture, and scaling platform capabilities across Salesforce technologies, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Git, CI/CD and AWS, with a hybrid work model.

Responsabilités

• Line management, coaching, career progression, planning for multiple teams.
• Ensure delivery of commitments and maintain healthy team cadence.
• Promote engineering culture including rapid hypothesis testing and automation.
• Share technical knowledge across teams and with associates.
• Support the team with Salesforce Apex/metadata, SFDX, VS Code, Git, CI/CD, AWS.
