Job summary

Digital People London in the United Kingdom is seeking a CRM Lead to drive the rollout of a new Salesforce-based CRM strategy. You will partner with our internal development team to deliver Marketing Cloud and Pardot initiatives.

You’ll lead automated flows, optimize campaigns through A/B testing and measurement, manage budgets, and present performance data to the SMT while shaping future strategy. You will also recruit and manage an internal team and oversee external design/HTML partners.
