Job summary

The Stepstone Group is seeking an engineering manager to lead multiple CRM-focused teams in a hybrid London-area setting. You will mentor, coach, and align delivery with product goals and business priorities while communicating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

You’ll work with Salesforce ecosystems (APEX, metadata API, SFDX), Visual Studio Code, Git, CI/CD and AWS, shaping best practices and driving innovation across the team.

• Clear communication with developers, product owners and stakeholders.

• Strong delivery focus ensuring commitments are met.
• Technical knowledge of Salesforce and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Line management, coaching, and career progression across engineering teams.
• Ensure excellent engineering and innovation in every delivery, aligning with the roadmap.
• Share technical knowledge across teams and collaborate with other managers.
• Plan removal of barriers to innovation (debt, training, etc.).
• Provide hands-on support with Salesforce, VS Code, Git, CI/CD, and AWS when needed.
