Monsoon Accessorize is seeking a CRM Executive to join the Digital team in West London. You will manage email campaigns, analyse performance, and optimise customer journeys to drive retention and revenue. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with the trading and marketing calendar.

The role focuses on briefing, creating, sending, and reporting on campaigns, with opportunities to develop the email plan and test strategies while reporting into the CRM Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience briefing creative for marketing collateral.
• Experience with building emails and automations in ESPs (Ometria a plus).
• Ability to manipulate data in Excel for reporting and insights.

Responsibilities

• Brief, create, send and report on email campaigns.
• Support development of email plan with campaign insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align emails with trading and marketing calendars.
