Job summary

VanRath in Belfast is seeking a CRM & BI Analyst to join its growing Data & Systems function. You will develop Power BI dashboards, support Microsoft Dynamics 365, and translate business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions.

The role requires 2-4 years of experience in CRM/BI/Reporting, with exposure to Azure/Fabric a plus. A hybrid working arrangement in Belfast offers progressive development within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience within a CRM, BI, Power BI, Data or Reporting Analyst position.
• Power BI and developing interactive dashboards and reports
• Power Query and DAX
• Data modelling and reporting datasets
• SQL and relational databases
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another CRM platform
• Data visualisation and presenting information clearly
• Data quality, validation and reconciliation
• Gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders
• Translating business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Fabric or other modern Microsoft data technologies would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data visualisations
• Support the day-to-day management and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Work with stakeholders to understand their CRM, reporting and data requirements
• Build and maintain data models and reporting datasets
• Use Power Query and DAX to transform and analyse data
• Work with data from CRM, finance, operational and other business systems
• Help improve data quality, consistency and accuracy
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and data processes
• Support the development of consistent business metrics and definitions
• Work alongside the wider Data & Systems team on data and systems initiatives
• Help stakeholders understand and make better use of their data
• Contribute to creating a more joined-up and trusted view of business information.

About you
