Job summary

Breakthrough T1D is hiring a Database Manager to lead CRM governance and data strategy across fundraising and engagement. The role requires expertise with SQL databases and Donorfy, and will drive data accuracy, governance and operational excellence.

The post is hybrid, based in London, with a minimum one office day per week. You will collaborate with multiple teams to optimise processes, data imports/exports and integration workflows, ensuring secure, accessible supporter data to maximise

Qualifications

• Experience managing and administering SQL databases in a charity environment.
• Experience with Donorfy CRM preferred.
• Experience leading data quality and data cleansing initiatives.
• Experience developing data governance processes and standards.
• Experience reviewing and improving business processes, including automation and workflow design.
• Experience managing data imports, exports and integrations between systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as CRM SME and governance lead for Breakthrough T1D.
• Develop, optimise and govern the CRM strategy to support fundraising and engagement.
• Work with colleagues across teams to ensure data accuracy, security and accessibility.
