Breakthrough T1D is seeking a Database Manager to lead the governance, development and optimisation of our CRM. You will ensure data accuracy, security and accessibility to support fundraising, engagement and operational objectives.

Based in London with hybrid working, you will collaborate across teams to drive data-led decision making and improve donor and supporter experiences. This permanent role offers a clear opportunity to shape data strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and administering SQL databases in a charity or fundraising environment.
• Experience leading data quality and data cleansing initiatives.
• Experience developing and implementing data governance processes and standards.
• Experience reviewing and improving business processes, including automation and workflow design.
• Experience managing data imports, exports and integrations between systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the organisation's CRM subject matter expert and drive best practice in data management.
• Develop, optimise, and govern Breakthrough T1D's CRM to support fundraising, engagement and operations.
• Ensure supporter data is accurate, accessible, secure and effectively used across teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT and Finance to align data strategy with organisational goals.
