Job summary

Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospital Charity is seeking a data specialist to manage our supporter database and deliver accurate reporting to colleagues and fundraisers.

Within a small, collaborative team you will own data processing, reporting and reconciliations, and contribute to system improvements and best practices.

Experience with fundraising data, Gift Aid and data protection will help you explain data issues clearly and train others.

Qualifications

• Experience using a CRM database, ideally Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Strong data management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in producing reports and reconciliations.
• Comfort with financial and fundraising data.
• Knowledge of Gift Aid and data protection.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Strong communication and ability to explain data issues to colleagues.
• Willingness to train others and support process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate, reliable supporter database to enable informed decisions.
