Job summary

Mecsia is seeking a Commercial and CRM Manager to align our HubSpot CRM with strategic commercial decisions across the Group. You will manage data quality, reporting, and contract processes, while collaborating with senior stakeholders across multiple companies to drive margin and performance.

The role sits at the center of our commercial operations, requiring hands-on CRM ownership, strong analytics, and the ability to translate insights into practical actions.

Qualifications

• CRM experience: 5+ years using HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Commercial acumen with sales exposure.
• Ability to interrogate pipeline, margin and conversion data.
• Solid understanding of CRM integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• CRM ownership and platform development across the group.
• Ensure data hygiene, governance and consistent ways of working.
• Manage CRM integrations with wider systems to streamline data flows.
• Build reports and dashboards for senior leadership insights on pipeline and performance.
• Provide enablement support with processes, training and guidance for sales teams.
• Translate commercial considerations into actionable solutions with stakeholders.
• Own pipeline visibility and forecasting in partnership with sales leaders.
• Lead CLM processes and contract documentation standards across the group.
