Job summary

Triumph, The Original British Motorcycling Company, seeks a highly organised Temporary CRM Assistant for a 12-month contract in our Central Marketing Team. You will support data-driven marketing campaigns and help create customer communications across multiple markets.

Working with the Global CRM Manager, you will plan, build and deploy campaigns, monitor performance, and optimise engagement using Excel, reporting tools, and Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Recent marketing graduate or with CRM exposure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and large data sets is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, building, and deploying CRM campaigns and journeys.
• Schedule and deploy global email communications with accuracy.
• Monitor campaign metrics to drive improvements.
• Utilise Analytics, A/B tests, and insights to optimise engagement.
• Create engaging email content and assets for global campaigns.
