Job summary

CVUK Group is seeking a CRM Executive to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications. You will build and manage customer segments using insights and behavior, ensuring campaigns stay on-brand and aligned with business priorities.

You will monitor performance, run A/B tests, support database growth and lifecycle marketing, and maintain GDPR compliance and high deliverability.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years CRM or email marketing experience in ecommerce or retail.
• Strong copywriting, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Bloomreach Engagement or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications.
• Build and manage customer segments using insights and behaviour.
• Ensure campaigns are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with business priorities.
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and optimise campaign results.
