Austen & Blake, part of Neve Jewels Group, is seeking a CRM Executive to manage day-to-day CRM operations for global campaigns. You will execute multi-channel programs (email and SMS), segment audiences, and collaborate with buying, marketing and retail teams to drive engagement and value.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, GDPR compliance, and strong project management to deliver multiple campaigns concurrently in a fast-paced jewellery brand environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns (email and SMS).
• Proficient in using email/SMS service providers and data segmentation.
• Experience in retail is beneficial but not required.
