Job summary

Scripture Union Scotland is seeking a Head of CRM and Analytics to lead the ongoing development and use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across SU Scotland. You will ensure data quality, reporting and insight inform ministry decisions.

The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer, involves managing suppliers, implementing dashboards and training users, and shaping CRM strategy to support fundraising, volunteering and digital priorities. Hybrid working from Glasgow Office/Home.

Qualifications

• Proven project management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Dynamics 365.
• Experience managing suppliers and building cross‑organisational relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing development and effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across SU Scotland.
• Ensure CRM supports strategy, reporting, data quality and compliance.
• Translate needs into CRM improvements including dashboards, reports and processes.
• Provide training, guidance and user adoption support.
• Collaborate with CRM, IT and suppliers to deliver system enhancements and integrations.
• Maintain accuracy and responsible use of organisational data.
• Provide insight and analysis to support fundraising, finance, volunteering and digital priorities.
