Scripture Union Scotland is seeking a Head of CRM and Analytics to lead the ongoing development and use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across SU Scotland. You will ensure data quality, reporting and insight inform ministry decisions.
The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer, involves managing suppliers, implementing dashboards and training users, and shaping CRM strategy to support fundraising, volunteering and digital priorities. Hybrid working from Glasgow Office/Home.

Salary: £43,442 - £47,119 per annum depending upon experience,plus generous employer pension contributions and other benefits.

We are now seeking an experienced Head of CRM and Analytics to manage the ongoing implementation and development of our MS Dynamics365 CRM and to ensure that the system is used to it’s full potential to support the ministry of SU Scotland.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, to lead SU Scotland’s strategic development, delivery and effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring that organisational processes, reporting, data analysis and insight inform ministry decision making, support training development, and strengthen strategic priorities.
To achieve this, we want toidentifysomeonewith a vibrant Christian faithwho has a heart to use their IT skills and background to support SU Scotland's ministry.
The successful applicant should possess proven project management skills and a strong working knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Dynamics365. Experience of managing suppliers and to build relationships across the organisation is essential.
