• Strong SQL foundations (joins, aggregations, counts)
• STEM/analytic degree or background

• Comfort working with data to solve business problems

Responsibilities

• Build customer audiences and campaign selections using SQL
• Create and maintain customer segments for targeted campaigns
• Manage and monitor CRM campaign schedules
• Support audience validation and QA processes before deployment
• Update and optimise audience selection queries
• Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Automation Studio
• Support recurring customer engagement campaigns
• Respond to stakeholder requests for new audiences and segments
• Produce campaign reporting and basic performance analysis
• Collaborate with CRM Strategy, Operations, and Data teams to ensure on-time delivery
