Job summary

YO AI Labs in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll apply CRM expertise to identify data issues, resolve inconsistencies, and document complex SaaS workflows. Remote work available, with an emphasis on clear English communication and governance of data across platforms.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on Salesforce/HubSpot experience.
• Experience leading CRM implementations or migrations.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, and automation.
• Experience with multiple revenue systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing).

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
