Job Description:

SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 (London, UK, On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and drive solutions, working closely with technical experts committed to impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex and critical infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the successful Station Systems Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance and assist with reactive maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). This role is a permanent night shift, Sunday to Thursday, 10 pm to 6 am, based at Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Station System Technician Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attend planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults
• Utilize field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data
• Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for tasking and fault updates

Who You Are:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or knowledge of Network Rail safety procedures is advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Good understanding of O365 and IT awareness
