Job Description:

SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4

London, United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts to impact critical infrastructure. We are looking for a Station Systems Technician responsible for planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanent nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10 pm to 6 am, at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens.
• Perform planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Maintain SISS assets and report/fix station communication faults.
• Use field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data.
• Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for tasks and updates.

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.

Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background.
• Good understanding of O365 and IT awareness.
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to work nights from Pirin Court Service Centre.
