Job Description: SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4, London, United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent, where you'll be empowered to innovate and collaborate with technical experts committed to impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex and critical infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance and assist with reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems).
• Work permanent night shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians in fault rectification of CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens.
• Attend to maintenance tasks, both planned and remedial.
• Maintain SISS assets and ensure station communication faults are reported and resolved.
• Use field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data.
• Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for task updates and completion.

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals eager to learn and multi-task, ideally with experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background.
• Proficiency with O365 and IT awareness.
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
