SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 (On-site, London, United Kingdom)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent, where you'll be empowered to innovate and collaborate with technical experts dedicated to making a significant impact. Be part of a high-performing team working on complex and critical infrastructure projects.

The successful Station Systems Technician will report to the Duty Manager and be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and assisting with reactive maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanent nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10 pm to 6 am, at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians in fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attend planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults
• Utilize field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data
• Liaise with Telent Service Centre for task updates and fault resolutions

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.

Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Good understanding of O365 and IT awareness
