SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 (On-site, London, UK)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions that impact our critical infrastructure. Be part of a high-performing team working on complex, vital projects.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will perform preventative and reactive maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanently at night, Sunday to Thursday, from 10 pm to 6 am at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Perform planned and corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults
• Utilize field IT equipment for maintenance data
• Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for fault updates and task completion

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals eager to learn and capable of multitasking. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Good understanding of O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
