Job summary

EMCOR UK is seeking a data centre and critical asset leader to join the Critical Environmental (CE) Management Team. You will lead site-based CE delivery, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and drive maintenance and uptime across assets, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge and experience.
• Relevant engineering qualification.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Able to organise and manage own workload.
• Positive proactive attitude and ownership of the site.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-based CE team and deliver contract plans and management.
• Ensure 100% uptime focus and risk mitigation on sites/assets.
• Provide monthly operational reports including budget performance.
• Deliver improvements and best practices across the CE team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
