Job summary

TrustFlight seeks a Crisis Response Coordinator to support the day-to-day readiness of the crisis response capability and assist during activations on behalf of leading global clients. The role lives in the Operations Department, reporting to the UK/Europe/Africa Operations Manager, with focus on crisis management center procedures and incident-site readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, coordination, logistics, or admin support.
• Strong organisational skills and precise record-keeping under pressure.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for updates.
• Willingness to work across office, warehouse, or field environments.
• Proficient with IT systems, especially Microsoft Office and databases.
• Self-motivated team player who can work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine readiness checks and audit readiness activities.
• Support activation by setting up the centre and managing logs/reports.
• Keep client-specific plans and data up to date for rapid response.
• Maintain and version-control SOPs, forms and templates.
• Draft updates to procedures following changes in operations or regulation.
• Arrange responder mobilisation including travel, visas, and on-site admin.
• Ensure responder availability, training currency and records.
• Support planning and delivery of exercises and debriefs, capture actions.
