Job summary

TrustFlight in Bracknell is hiring a Crisis Response Coordinator to support the day-to-day readiness of the crisis response capability and to assist during activations. You will work within the Operations Department, coordinating the Crisis Management Centre and related documentation to ensure quick, effective incident response.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work in office, warehouse or disaster field

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, coordination, logistics, control room or admin support.
• Strong organisational skills with precise record-keeping under time pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to produce clear updates.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine CMC readiness checks and audit readiness.
• Support activations by setting up the centre and recording incident logs.
• Keep client response plans and contact data current and accessible.
• Maintain SOPs, templates and CMC records under version control.
• Arrange responder mobilisation: travel, visas, accommodation and on-site admin.
• Maintain CMC responder availability and training currency.
• Assist planning and delivery of CMC exercises and training activities.
• Collate post-incident notes and track actions to closure.
