Job summary

Kenyon International, part of TrustFlight, seeks a hands-on Operations professional based in Bracknell to own availability and readiness of response equipment and supply chains across the UK, Europe and Africa. You will manage warehouse operations, pre-contract supplier planning, and deploy equipment during incidents while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will work in a hybrid role with office and warehouse duties, travel as needed, and collaborate across the Crisis Management

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, inventory, logistics or procurement role.
• Willingness to travel nationally and overseas.
• Ability to deploy to disaster environments and mass fatality settings.
• Proficient IT skills, including MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Physically able to perform manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain readiness of Kenyon's global equipment and resources for deployment.
• Establish and improve the supply chain underpinning Kenyon's operations.
• Manage warehouse and supplies, including inventory control and reporting.
• Source and maintain mass fatality equipment and consumables per SOPs.
• Prepare shipping documentation for response equipment and DG declarations.
• Support health and safety tasks, including regular drills and COSHH risk assessments.
• Maintain records in internal systems and report on stock levels and supplier performance.
• Deploy equipment and support incident deployments as required.
