Job summary

Corporate Traveller is recruiting a Team Manager for the Emergency Assist function, with remote UK-based work. You will lead consultants who monitor, alert, and respond to crises affecting travellers and serve as the escalation point for major incidents, ensuring 24/7 duty-of-care.

We seek a candidate with at least 3 years in business travel, Amadeus knowledge, and experience in crisis management or 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years business travel experience, including leadership exposure.
• Amadeus experience is preferred but not essential.
• Extensive knowledge of travel products, fares and supplier systems.
• Experience in or managing a 24/7/shift-based operation.
• Prior exposure to crisis, emergency or duty-of-care processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Emergency Assist team to monitor, alert and respond to crises affecting travellers.
• Act as the escalation point for major incidents, ensuring market-leading crisis support and duty-of-care around the clock.
