Job summary

Devon Air Ambulance Trust in Exeter seeks a highly organised operational administrator to support logistics and healthcare operations. You will coordinate equipment, stock, and services across airbases, ensuring accurate records and timely communications with suppliers and colleagues.

Working closely with the Support Hub and crews, you’ll manage diverse tasks, maintain compliance, and contribute to a professional, patient-focused charity environment with flexible remote opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational administration, logistics, stock control or healthcare support.
• Strong coordination and administration skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and databases; able to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical stock and consumables across airbases.
• Arrange equipment servicing and repairs; support medicines and cold chain management.
• Maintain compliance and training records; liaise with suppliers.
