Job summary

Devon Partnership Trust is recruiting a House Manager for Redhills Crisis House, Exeter. The post is a 6-month secondment/fixed term, working 37.5 hours per week.

The role involves day-to-day management, rostering, and direct involvement with service users, providing compassionate care in a fast-paced crisis setting. Applicants with or without formal qualifications but with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and willingness to work towards Foundation Degree.
• Evidence of working with people who have lived experience of mental health challenges.
• Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care or willingness to work toward it.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the environment and rostering.
• Audit activities and management of junior staff.
• Engage directly with service users and model therapeutic engagement.
