Job summary

Acteon Group Operations (UK) Limited is seeking a Crewing Coordinator to coordinate sourcing, booking, mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel and contractors to meet project requirements. The role ensures qualified, compliant personnel are allocated with all contractual and training prerequisites completed before deployment.

The Crewing Coordinator will maintain accurate personnel and training data, coordinate mobilisation requirements and communicate effectively with Project Managers,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating staffing, booking and mobilising personnel for projects.
• Familiarity with contractor management and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sourcing, booking, mobilisation and demobilisation of employees and third-party contractors to meet project needs.
• Maintain accurate personnel, contractor, training and competency information and ensure required qualifications and certifications are completed prior to deployment.
• Ensure contractor engagements follow approved company processes and that data protection and information-security requirements are observed.

Job description

To coordinate the safe, efficient and cost-effective sourcing, booking, mobilisation and demobilisation of employees and third-party contractors to meet project and operational requirements. The role is responsible for ensuring appropriately qualified, competent and compliant personnel are allocated to projects, with all required contractual, IR35/off-payroll, training, competency, certification and mobilisation requirements completed prior to deployment.

The Crewing Coordinator will maintain accurate personnel, contractor, training and competency information, coordinate training and mobilisation requirements, and ensure effective communication with Project Managers, operational teams, contractors and other relevant stakeholders.

The role will ensure that contractor engagements are managed through approved company processes and that personnel information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection, confidentiality and information-security requirements.
