Job summary

TUI Airways is seeking a Crew Training Executive to plan, roster and deliver compliant crew training programmes. You will work flexibly in-office 2–3 days per week, coordinating with the Crew Training Team Leader to keep rosters accurate and on schedule.

You will use rostering systems to optimise trainer and trainee resources, ensure legal and quality checks, and support supplier and system changes as part of a dynamic, intercultural team.

Qualifications

• IT literacy with basic to intermediate proficiency.
• Experience in airline crewing/rostering is desirable.
• Customer-service experience is beneficial.
• Understanding of airline legal agreements preferred.
• Process and detail orientation with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; great teammate.
• Ambassador of change with initiative and drive.

Responsibilities

• Utilise rostering systems to produce timely, legally compliant pilot rosters in line with scheduling agreements and regulations.
• Roster pilot training activities: simulator, conferences, SNY flights and ground training.
• Optimize trainer, trainee and resource usage to deliver the Training Plan on target.
• Prepare training data within rostering systems for automatic rostering.
• Communicate clearly regarding rostered activity and maintain schedules.
• Ensure all pre-assigned activity is rostered per guidelines and timescales.
• Contribute to supplier management and quality reviews of Training Suppliers.
• Perform legality and quality checks on crew rosters for business needs and audit readiness.
• Publish final rosters after travel alignment and checks.
• Support system changes via requirements, testing and training.
• Maintain departmental handbook and complete audits for compliance.
• Attend meetings/workshops to improve operational efficiency.
• Carry out other tasks as directed by the Crew Training Team Leader.
