Job summary

TUI Group is seeking a Reporting Analyst in the Optimisation, Reporting & Analysis team within Manpower & Crew Planning. You will develop dashboards, perform advanced data analysis, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive improvements in aircrew rostering.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in SQL, data storytelling, and English communication, with a willingness to travel occasionally. This role offers hybrid working with periodic travel to other TUI locations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience working with SQL.
• Excellent business English, spoken and written.
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable business insights.
• Knowledge and experience in data, statistics, or operations research.
• Inquisitive and confident in using data sources for solution delivery.
• Experience with Tableau preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Publish all current reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on time and perform ad-hoc analysis.
• Create dashboards to display M&CP data in an intuitive format.
• Execute complex data analysis to support strategic decision making.
• Analyze crew roster stages to identify risks and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Contribute to various initiatives and act as a focal point for M&CP solutions.
