Job summary

West Norfolk Council's Mintlyn Crematorium in King's Lynn is seeking a Crematorium Operations Team Leader to manage technical operations, ensure compliance with the Code of Cremation Practice and permit requirements, and deliver a compassionate service to bereaved families.

You will lead a team of Crematorium Attendants, oversee maintenance and regulatory data, provide training, and contribute to tours and the public Open Days.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Comfort with regulatory compliance and records.
• Experience with cremation equipment and filtration systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Crematorium Attendants and arrange cover as needed.
• Oversee maintenance, regulatory data and compliance records.
• Train colleagues in safe operation of cremation equipment.
