Job summary

Life Services Group is seeking a Crematorium Business Leader at Haltemprice Crematorium in Kingston upon Hull. This full-time role oversees operations, drives commercial performance, and delivers exceptional care for families with a strong community presence.

You will own the site P&L, build relationships with Funeral Directors, and lead a multi-skilled team to ensure high standards and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a crematorium or similar facility with P&L responsibility.
• Commercial focus: growth, revenue, margins and EBITDA delivery.
• Strong ability to build relationships with Funeral Directors and families.
• Coaching and development of a multi-skilled team; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Grow cremation volumes year on year through site standards and partnerships.
• Drive memorial sales, ownership of revenue, penetration and AOV.
• Manage full site P&L, control costs and improve margins.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, multi-skilled team.
