Life Services Group in Maidenhead is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to lead the Crematoria division. You will own the divisional P&L, drive budgeting and forecasting, and partner with the Managing Director and leadership team on strategic investment decisions.

The role combines financial leadership with commercial insight to shape growth, profitability and long-term performance, with hybrid flexibility and an on-site presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• Must own a full divisional P&L in a complex, multi-site business.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting and investment appraisal.

Responsibilities

• Own the full divisional P&L and capex planning.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Act as finance partner to MD and leadership team; build business cases.
