Job summary

Raylo is building a circular electronics subscription platform in London. This analytics role focuses on scaling collections and recoveries globally, using data to inform decisions that balance customer outcomes with strong unit economics.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, bring strategic insight, and own initiatives end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or data-focussed collections and recovery strategy roles.
• A 2:1 or higher from a top university.
• Using SQL and Python to analyze collections and recovery strategies and deliver actionable insights.
• Ability to think strategically while handling detailed data work.
• Strong collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholder management.
• Ownership mindset: take responsibility for end-to-end work.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale Raylo’s global collections and recoveries strategy
• Champion data-informed decisions balancing customer outcomes with unit economics
• Collaborate with operations, product, finance and engineering to turn insight into action
• Design scalable strategies aligned with Raylo’s objectives
• Support Raylo’s sustainable, circular approach to electronics
