Job summary

Raylo is the subscription infrastructure powering device ownership flexibly and affordably. This mid-level IC role sits in the Credit and Fraud Strategy team, focusing on optimizing eligibility for existing customers seeking more tech.

You will use traditional and AI-enabled analytics to identify growth opportunities and design scalable data controls, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Growth and Marketing. Hybrid work in London Bridge.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or product/data roles.
• A 2:1 or above from a top university.
• Hands-on daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot).
• Strong working knowledge of SQL; Python experience is a plus.
• Track record of turning ambiguous problems into in-market impact using data.
• Experience with modern analytics stacks (data warehouses, dashboards, monitoring).
• Direct communication style to suit diverse technical audiences.
• Takes feedback well and moves quickly on it.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects to optimise approval rates for existing customers who want to take out more tech.
• Investigate key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use AI to boost analytical capabilities and drive innovation in monitoring, automation, and decision making.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on technical design and data sources.
• Partner with Growth and Marketing to develop seamless experiences and reduce friction.
• Design scalable data frameworks and tracking systems with strong controls.
• Balance flexibility and scalability while maintaining high data quality.
