Job summary

TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring is seeking a detail-focused Credit Controller for Redditch. Join our growing team in a busy, process-driven environment, releasing orders and maintaining customer account data with support from a 10-strong Credit Team.

Hybrid working arrangement available: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home after settling in. We offer a bonus scheme, employee discounts, pension, and other wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and IT systems.
• Experience in accounts or finance is advantageous but not essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Understanding of credit limits.

Responsibilities

• Releasing customer orders for Branch network in line with current process.
• Liaising with Branch Teams and Credit Controllers to ensure orders are processed and released on time.
• Maintain correct and up-to-date information on customer accounts.
• Providing administrative support for the Credit Control function.
