Job summary

BW Career Site 1 is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our Finance team on a 6-month fixed term contract in our Birmingham office. The role is hybrid, combining on-site and remote work as arranged with the team.

Responsibilities include chasing payments within terms, handling client queries, preparing monthly statements, and producing a Credit Control report for the finance committee. A strong ERP and Excel background is desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in credit control and accounts function.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Chase payments within agreed terms with clients in a professional manner.
• Resolve client queries to mutual satisfaction and produce monthly statements.
• Prepare a Credit Control report for the finance committee and attend monthly meetings.
