Job Description:

Join Siemens Financial Services Division as a Risk Analyst – Small Ticket where you will make and facilitate decisions in response to credit requests concerning end-users, introducers, schemes, and other counterparties. You will contribute mainly to the Vendor Finance channel in delivering an efficient and effective transaction and portfolio management service while meeting the needs of key stakeholders, delivering, and maintaining a balanced, quality portfolio. This is an important role within an established and diverse business with ambitious growth plans, looking to develop new markets and embrace new technology.

If you have experience in asset finance/leasing risk management industry, then this could be the role for you! With our flexible working policy, we offer a blend of remote and office-based working, with 2-3 days per week in our Stoke Poges office.

We are looking for an experienced Risk Analyst, with extensive exposure to Small Tickets. You will work within an SLA-driven environment, so the ability to work in a fast-paced team is essential. You will have a growth mindset, with a passion for learning and development.

As part of our Risk Management team, you will:

  • Make and facilitate decisions in response to credit requests concerning end-users, introducers, schemes, and other counterparties
  • Develop effective, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
  • Assist in the optimisation of processes, including auto decision tools
  • Assist in the development of effective and reliable reports to monitor team efficacy and portfolio performance
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
  • Engage directly with end-users, introducers, and other counterparties as needed
  • Regularly review guidelines and policies to reflect stakeholder requirements

What you need to succeed:

  • Demonstrable experience in asset finance/leasing risk management
  • Digital mindset with knowledge of process automation
  • Experience of continuous improvement and task efficiency enhancement
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • In-depth understanding of financial statements and lending principles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; self-motivated
