The Opportunity:

Join our esteemed Real Estate team renowned for its expertise in residential development

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join our thriving Development team. You will play a key role in supporting our developer clients through the full lifecycle of development projects — from initial land acquisition through to planning, infrastructure agreements, and ultimately plot sales.

Working alongside our highly experienced Partners, you will advise on:

• Strategic site acquisitions and disposals
• Conditional contracts, options, and promotion agreements
• Planning and Section 106 agreements
• Infrastructure and utility arrangements
• Plot sales and ongoing site disposals

You’ll be joining a collaborative and high-performing team, where your technical knowledge and commercial insight will be valued and where there’s clear scope to grow both your client relationships and your career.
